Hold the lettuce and tomato. Other than that very nice

Swap lettuce for spinach and I’m game

Lots of wet/mushy ingredients so I would want the bacon a bit crispier and definitely a good toast on the bun. Tomato is elite on a brekkie sandwich, but I could do without the lettuce. I would swap the lettuce with some green onion or a couple fresh basil leaves. I would also like something to help cut through the richness of the bacon, cheese, eggs, and avocado… maybe some pickled red onion or sliced jalapeño.

Less is more, this just has everything thrown on it

Without the lettuce and tomato (too wet, too lunch-y), absolutely

Yea for the scramble eggs – made this brekky sandwich indeed

100 percent would try, 100.5 percent would finish. I’m a little skeptical of scrambled eggs in a breakfast sandwich, though. Most of the time I find they lack the structural integrity of a fried egg. But this looks good regardless.
